Quickflash Code 07 - Vented Top Cavity Flashing - Ventilates the top of the cavity while restricting water entry. It also gives a clean straight finish between wall & soffit linnings.
It can also be used to ventilate the soffit area whilst forming a top flashing to the wall cladding.
Another application would be under an enclosed deck area which requires some ventilation.
